What is big hat bingo? It is exactly what it sounds like, but better. It’s an excuse to dust off your wildest, biggest, or most creative headwear, gather your favorite people, and enjoy a high-energy afternoon of games, shopping, and prizes.

Ticket Price: $35.00 (Includes a delicious lunch and your standard 2 card bingo games! Extra cards available for donation at the door CASH ONLY 2 for $5.00). 

The Shopping: We’ll have fantastic local vendors set up so you can shop 'til you drop.

The Prizes: Win "Bingo Cash" during the regular games to spend directly at the vendor tables!

Bingo Cash is a fun twist on traditional bingo prizes. Instead of winning a random physical prize (like a gift basket or a trophy) when you yell "Bingo!", you win voucher certificates that work exactly like real cash at the event.

Here is exactly how it works for an event like this:

You Win a Game: You hit a winning pattern on your bingo card.

You Get Paid in "Cash": The host hands you a $10, $20, or $50 voucher labeled as "Bingo Cash."

You Go Shopping: You walk right over to any of the local vendor tables in the room and use that voucher to buy jewelry, clothing, beauty products, or crafts.

The Vendors Get Paid: At the end of the event, the vendors turn those vouchers back into the event organizer to get reimbursed with real money.

The Ultimate Jackpot: A massive 50/50 payout fueled by extra bingo card sales! The more people who play, the bigger the jackpot gets.

Can I buy extra Bingo Cards? Additional cards are available for a donation of $5.00 per two cards. Paid at door CASH ONLY . All proceeds will directly support our 50/50 raffle. 

Do I have to wear a hat?

You don't have to, but where is the fun in that? We highly encourage everyone to rock a big or crazy hat to keep the energy high!

How does the "Bingo Cash" work?

Instead of traditional trinkets, regular game winners get vouchers that act like real cash at any of our onsite vendor booths. It’s a win-win for you and our local businesses!

What kind of vendors will be there?

We are curating a fantastic mix of local small businesses, including boutique clothing, handmade jewelry, custom crafts, beauty and wellness products, and unique gifts. There’s truly something for everyone!

Do vendors accept credit cards, or should I bring real cash?

While you can use your won "Bingo Cash" at any booth, our vendors will also accept standard payment methods (like credit/debit cards, cash, or electronic payments) for any additional shopping you’d like to do!

Are tickets refundable if I can no longer make it? All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all event terms and conditions.

Is there  age requirement? Age Policy: To comply with venue and event regulations, entry to the bingo hall is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and older. Please be prepared to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
